Red velved cake

1st of all nk say tq to syahima for baking class ni..

ing:
1 1/4 cup (125grm) cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (skip if use salted butter)
1 tbs (10grm) regular or dutch process cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temp
3/4 cup (150grm) granulated white sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cuptsp pure vanila extract
1 tbs liquid red food coloring
1/2 tsp white distilled vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda

step:
preheat oven 180'c
prepaire buttermilk
shift flour then measure
shift cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, mix all together
beat butter until soft
add sugar & beat until light & fuffly
add egg until incorporated
add vanila esen & beat until combined
in measuring cup whisk buttermilk with red food coloring
add flour & buttermilk to butter mixture in 3 additions, begins with flour end with flour
in small cup combine baking soda to vinegar, allow da mixture to fizz then quickly fold into cake batter
bake 18-23mins

*do not put extra soda powder, taste will be bitter...
