Red velved cake

huhuhu since raya dh lame tk update blog...

kali ni nk share resepi laa..
1st of all nk say tq to syahima for baking class ni..
sgt best, student die 2 org jekk
kaseh yg comel n sy...

ing:
1 1/4 cup (125grm) cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (skip if use salted butter)
1 tbs (10grm) regular or dutch process cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temp
3/4 cup (150grm) granulated white sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cuptsp pure vanila extract
1 tbs liquid red food coloring
1/2 tsp white distilled vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda

step:
preheat oven 180'c
prepaire buttermilk
shift flour then measure
shift cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, mix all together
beat butter until soft
add sugar & beat until light & fuffly
add egg until incorporated
add vanila esen & beat until combined
in measuring cup whisk buttermilk with red food coloring
add flour & buttermilk to butter mixture in 3 additions, begins with flour end with flour
in small cup combine baking soda to vinegar, allow da mixture to fizz then quickly fold into cake batter
bake 18-23mins

*do not put extra soda powder, taste will be bitter...

pls take note for large font...this is how this cake call velved..

17 ramadan
- ayah el jaga adik...
- alhamdullilah demam kebah cume tggl muntah kadang2 jek..

18 ramadan
- pg tu badan adik panas blk..
- tp ibu n ayah p gk koje..
- ptg tu wan call ckp adik asyik nangis n muntah lg...
- so, wan n atok bwk adik p klinik lg sb ubat yg ade dh abis..
- dokter suspect adikkene denggi..
- dokter bg surat suh p check darah kt sepital klau sok tk ok lg..
- tp ibu susah ati n bwk gk p emergency pas buka..
- pas check, dokter ckp tonsil bengkak..tp kene gak ambik darah sb demam dh lebih 3 ari..
- result darah ok, cume ade kuman sikit (kuman dr tonsil y benkak)..
- bk dr sepital adik ok jek..

19 ramadan
- pg tu panas lg..
- dlm kul 9lbh wan call ckp adik asyik nangis jek..
- ibu call ayah suh ambik cuti n tgk adik..
- ayah lak tggh byk keje, so tksure leh blk ke tk..
- dlm kul 10lbh ibu call ayah lg..same answer..okkk
- dlm kepala dh wat plan..
- ni tk leh jd ni kene gk blk..
- dsbbkn mood my boss adalah baik sb dpt chq royalty, so die kate "baliklaaa"..hehehee
- ibu blk kul 1..sggh p bli icecream jap kt mydin sb ton suggest bg mkn icecream bg ok skit tonsil tu..
- smpai umah..adik dh ok n tggh tido ngn ayah..
- alhamdullilah..

20 ramadan
- kuih raya tuk yg megoder perlu dihantar..hehehe
- so kiteorg g bangi tuk antar kuih raya kt kak n, carik tudung tuk wan, p byr zakat simpanan n ambik baju raya ibu kt muhibbah tailor..
- pastu ade extra sikit..bli baju raya tuk adik n kakak kt depan billion tu..cntik2 n yg ptg leh mintk kurang harga..
- so nx year raya (klau ade rezeki tuk berjumpe lg d ramadan kan dtg laa) kene p sane lg sb baju budak cntik2..huhuhu
- ptg tu adik muntah2 lg, smpai mlm pon same..
- bile minum susu jek, pas 1 or 2 jam munth blk..

21 ramadan
- pas sahur, tetiba teringgat pesan wan suh wat solat hajat..
- sedih, pas blk dr haji ibu dh lame tk wat solat hajat, taubat n duha..(ade laa wat tp sekali sekala)...
-so sad, nape laa aku jd cmni..dulu leh wat tiap2 waktu..
- nk kate sb dulu p sane mmg tuk wat ibadat..skang keje..ehhh tk munasabah langsung kn..( aku yg lalai).
- myb ini dugaan Allah agar kite sebagai hambanyer bukan saje mengigatinyer ms susah tp jugak ms senang..
- so skang ibu cube tuk tunaikan sekerap mingkin..
- dan yg penting alhamdullilah, Allah dh makbulkan doa ibu..

22 ramadan
- alhamdullilah adik semakin sihat..
- syukur kehadratmu ya Allah..
- sesungguhnya aku leka dgn duniawi..dan dugaan ni menyedarkan ku kembali..

arini lunch kt luar...
ngn sape...since tkde frend kt opis ni klau tk kuar sorg, kuar ngn kwn lame or ngn en kasim..

so jwpn nyer ngn en kasim..
plan mkn kt restoran sekincan ikan bakar...
smpai awl rasenyer, pilih2 ikan (kategori mahal gk oooo)
ikan kerisi RM20...ngehhhhh
tggu dkt kul 1 br dpt ikan kerisi bakor...
mak aii lame nyer..
tulis ade wifi..bile tye 'belum ade lg laaa'...

so I give u only 2.5 star je laa...(out of 5)

BANANA PANCAKE

Ingredients :

8 ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoons milk powder
1 tablespoons full cream milk
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda

Method :

msk semua bahan dlm blender and blend...panaskn kuali n wat comel2 ek..
anggaran dpt wat dlm 7 keping..
